Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for the position of Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper for an established business based in Solihul, paying £24,000 – £30,000

  • Duties of the role will include

  • Input of Purchase invoices into system

  • Reconciliation of Purchase ledger statements

  • Processing payments to suppliers

  • Credit control

  • Raising sales invoices on system

  • Processing statements on Sales Ledger

  • Allocating payments received

  • Reconciliation of Bank statements

  • Vat return completion and submission

  • EC Sales list

  • Nominal ledger journals

  • Production of trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet

The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified and have strong excel skills with a minimum of 2 years prior bookkeeping experience.
