Accounts Assistant

A leading organisational focused on the housing sector is currently looking to recruit a Finance Officer within a new team created due to growth and change. The organisation have a long history of providing services for clients throughout the UK and are looking to continue this success through the acquisition of talented staff who will enable the business to grow and succeed in their pursuits. On offer is a role in which you will work closely with a finance manager ad controller and look after a particular division monitoring and reporting on income for this area.

As a minimum you will be studying AAT.

• Strong written and oral skills
• Capable of working to tight deadlines when required
• Intermediate excel skills
• Performance orientated
• Ability to work autonomously
• Able to communicate at all levels

Experience Required:

• Report creation
• Partnering experience (both internal and external)
• History of working with income (sales ledger, receivables, rents etc.)
• Understanding of construction/housing sector
