Capita Education is looking to recruit Biology Teachers to work in the Blackburn area of Lancashire.
This position is to cover day to day, short term & long term supply.
You must hold QTS or a recognised teaching qualification and be able to provide teaching references from those who have seen you in the classroom environment.
The Schools I am representing are looking for the following qualities in the ideal applicant;
Excellent behaviour management
A forward thinking and adaptable approach as the teaching environment can change on a daily basis
An open mind to take on new challenges and get the very most from each class you are responsible for
Be motivated to achieve strong GCSE exam results
It is essential you can teach to BTECH Level.
