We have an amazing opportunity to join one of the UK’s most reputable Business Support Organisations.
Due to rapid expansion we have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Account Manager
Basic salary to £42,000(neg),Bonus, 25 days holiday+ stats, pension scheme, BUPA, life assurance, laptop and mobile.
This is a office based role and will require some travel around East Midlands.
Our client offers unique commercial support and guidance to UK and European SME Businesses. This client works together in partnership with its clients to bring Products to Market. This will include designing a strategy through specialist knowledge and dedicated advice to focus on bringing new products through to market and to grow the market share of existing products.
The role of the Account Manager will be to manage a portfolio of up 100 clients mainly SME’s (Small, Medium Enterprises) within the Engineering/Manufacturing Sector. The role will involve a consultative approach to the successful Account management of its partners. This role will be targeted and you will manage the customer journey, as well as be expected to cross sell additional services.
As an Account Manager you will have previous experience using CRM Systems. You will attend client meetings and develop a close working relationship with your Accounts. You will manage their expectations and work in collaboration with internal colleagues to ensure the Client receives the high possible level of Customer Services. You will be dealing with Customer queries and will be the main point of contact for Client Resolution.

The successful candidate will require a proven track record in Account Management. The appointed individual will also need to demonstrate a successful record in managing up to 100 clients, ideally within the SME Sector. A background within the Manufacturing/Engineering Sector and New Product Development would be highly regarded.
The Account Manager will also require a good understanding of commercial business practice and selling a Business Service rather than a product
A Full UK driving license is also required with no more than 6 points
