The company has ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years as the global requirements for information security are driven by an increasingly hostile threat landscape. Technological developments continue to provide stern security challenges for our clients. As part of this, they have attracted considerable investment to help accelerate the current 30%-40% growth year on year.
Part of this will be the continued expansion of our global footprint. The company currently has three offices in the UK, an office in Germany and South Africa, with further offices being planned in the Middle East and Asia.
About the person they are looking for:
- The successful candidate will demonstrate passion and drive to achieve targets. Be able to co-ordinate teams with differing characteristics.
- The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the differing types of sales approach relevant to product sales and be able to discuss how to achieve targets given a differing set of sales scenarios. They should also be able to demonstrate a current geo-political knowledge, and map this (if possible) to current cyber issues. This position requires good empathy, and understanding how to get the best out of teams of individuals with differing characteristics and profiles. The candidate must be able to demonstrate a consistent and logical approach to time management and prioritisation.
- Prior experience of Information Security would be considered an advantage, but not a pre-requisite.

Job Responsibilities
Governance Responsibilities:
- Consistently reviewing performance against target. Forecasting personal sales and monitoring personal performance against targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, reporting this to the line manager
Operational responsibilities:
- Identify a carefully selected strategic prospect list and work to qualify, develop and build credibility within these organisations. Undertake this objective using a consistent and methodical approach on a day to day basis. Demonstrate constant progress.
- Effectively leverage the power of “many to many” business relationships in your efforts to win strategic accounts, ensuring that no account or target account is exposed by a single relationship.
- Achieve the individual sales target set with the UK Head of Product Sales
- Continually review opportunities ensuring that they reflect the current status
- Ensure that all CRM data is updated on a day by day basis – supporting the continuous marketing campaigns.
- Communicate effectively with any member of the group who is also working on the same account, or has a shared interest in developing business across the client base ensuring that regular meetings/communication is scheduled and that the company principles are upheld
