Salary: 17000 – 22000
An exciting opportunity has arisen within an accounting company who are based in the Midlands. We are looking for a bright Accounts Assistant to work within a reputable accountancy firm providing outsourced accountancy and tax support to franchised businesses.
The role is a varied role with duties including book keeping, administration, credit control, accounts preparation, payroll and some secretarial work. The ideal candidate will have 3 years accountancy experience as well as possessing excellent IT skills including the Microsoft package (Excel, Word and Outlook) as an essential. In addition to this, knowledge of the following software packages would also be desirable: CCH Tax, Alphatax, Caseware and Star payroll. Other essentials skills the successful candidate must have are possessing a first class telephone manner with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service as well as being highly organised.
