1st Line Support / ICT Field Engineer

Erdington, Birmingham

Circa £26,928

Full-time: 40 hours per week

The ICT Field Engineer will install, maintain and troubleshoot an extensive variety of products and equipment across our housing client; understanding how the organisation’s ICT systems support business processes; identifying and reporting gaps; supporting changes and improvements in business processes and data quality. In addition will also be responsible for contributing to the efficient and effective delivery of the day-to-day Help Desk services that are clear, accountable and responsive to customer needs.

Working as part of an award winning team, you will need to possess technical knowledge in 1st line of support, strong communication, organisational, interpersonal and Customer Service skills with the ability to manage relationships with internal and external clients and suppliers.
