Account Handler- Warm Leads!

We are looking for an experienced Call Centre Agent to join our General Insurance outbound team. Reporting to one of the Operations Team Leaders, you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for our members. We are looking for a strong communicator with exceptional customer service skills and you must have experience in working in a call centre environment in an outbound team.

The role includes making outbound calls to warm leads and you must be able to maximise every customer interaction through generating and retaining business for the Group by spotting opportunities to expand members and potential member’s product holdings.

What we need from you …

• Experience in making outbound calls to potential and existing members whilst providing exceptional customer service
• Previous experience of working within a call centre environment ideally within a General Insurance or regulated Financial Services organisation
• Proven experience of providing excellent service by dealing with quotes, new business enquiries and producing general policy information
• Excellent customer service skills and understanding of TCF to ensure these principles are at the heart of all interactions
• The ability to maximise every interaction with every member ensuring wherever possible calls are dealt with on a one stop basis to agreed service levels and to compliance standards
• Proven record of seeking opportunities to expand member’s product holdings and raise awareness of new and existing products to existing and new members
• Excellent diary management/ timekeeping of appointments
