Working for a well known high profile retail brand in their merchandising department you will be responsible for providing administration support to the team.
Job role:
- Answering the telephone and dealing with enquriries from their 200 concessions countrywide
- Allocating stock to stores
- Removing stock from stores
- Posting out graphics
- Processing transfers
- Compiling weekly figures using MS Excel and distributing to management
- Creating analysis reports
- Chasing stock transfers
- General administration as required
Knowledge
- You must be extremely numerical and good with numbers and figures
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent IT skills and experience of using databases
