AD Operations Executive

Ad Operations Executive urgently required – £30K

Leading digital sales house in London is looking for an Ad Ops Executive.
Responsibilities include…
? Trafficking direct sale bookings
? Troubleshoot issues with delivery and performance for campaigns and monitor third party reporting.
? Assist with inventory management and forecasting and run availability checks for upcoming bookings.
? Work closely with agency contacts and publishers to ensure advertising works correctly and does not adversely affect user experience.
? Work with the sales team to help respond to briefs and go out to meet agency contacts.

Qualifications:

? 12 months + experience in ad operations
? Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
? Experience of DFP (preferable) or other market leading ad-servers
? Strong attention to detail
? Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work effectively
? Experience of working in a fast paced environment
? Strong analytical skills
? Excellent written and verbal communication both to internal staff and to clients
? Knowledge of programmatic advertising is advantageous
? Working knowledge of HTML is advantageous
