Our client provides personalized support and care for people with learning disabilities; autism; head and spinal injuries; neurological needs and other complex conditions. They have the following exciting vacancy within their Accounts Payable Team.

They are looking for a well organised individual who can work calmly under pressure in a challenging environment, prioritise their workload and work well both with and without supervision. 

Reporting to the Financial Accounts Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Processing supplier invoices, either coding manually or using order matching system.

• Reconciling statements.

• Raise journals in excel.

• Maintaining records to ensure all information held is always accurate.

You will have a good level of education, to include GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English plus one other subject at grades A-C.

You should have good communication skills and be prepared to interact with internal / external suppliers and company employees by phone, email and fax to resolve queries.

It is essential that you have previous experience of working within an Accounts Payable office and experience of using Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word and Outlook (or equivalent).
