The Technical Support Engineer job?

This role is for a talented Technical Support Engineer, who will be primarily office based in Readingwith potential field based visits in the UK and Europe with the capacity to also work from home. This is a new UK position created due to growth.

You will be responsible mainly for handling technical calls from customers and clients in a professional and efficient manner, resolving their issues and providing support for the company’s product range, delivering customer training courses, supporting exhibitions & contributing to the success and development of the product.

You should have a good understanding of Access Control and Networking however full product training will be provided.

WHAT IS REQUIRED OF ME?

• Experienced with network based solutions, knowledge of network infrastructure, ideally from a technical support or field engineering background in security/Access Control/CCTV
• responsible, organised and self-motivated person with Excellent communication and customer service skills
