They are looking for someone who is proficient in actionscript as2 or as3 preferably with some web skills like HTML or CSS but not essential. You will have exposure to working with Flash games or e-learning or simulator type projects and be willing to use and transfer your skills to other technical areas.
They currently work with Flash Actionscript games however they are predominately moving these over to HTML5 and other mobile technology platforms, so the lucky candidate gets the chance to learn new skills like HTML5 CSS3 IOS Objective-C and maybe Android, they also produce mobile websites so there is really a lot of good stuff going on regarding the technologies.
