We are currently recruiting for a Board Level PA to work to the Chief Executive of a well-established company going through a significant level of growth. This is an extremely fast-paced and exciting role which includes a high level of responsibility. It will involve providing full PA support to the Chief Executive, carrying out research, preparing bids, tenders and presentations and coordinating events. This is a varied role that involves the following duties and responsibilities:
- Extensive diary management, emails and correspondence for the Chief Executive, controlling calendars and managing commitments that change constantly
- Making travel arrangements and acting as an effective gatekeeper
- Carrying out research, collating data and preparation of reports, tenders and presentations
- Preparation for meeting, including Board level meetings, preparing and distributing agendas and taking and distributing minutes
- General office management duties: ordering stationary, ensuring that the reception area is tidy at all times, filing documentation and other duties as required to support the smooth running of the office
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times
The ideal candidate must have Board Level PA experience with the following skills and experience also being required:
- Ability to “manage” the Chief Executive with gravitas to challenge the senior leadership
- Advanced IT skills
- Strong command of the English language
- A self-starter who will excel in a very fast paced, demanding environment providing reliable support and understanding the business needs and priorities
- Professional manner and dynamic personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with people at all levels
- Excellent attention to detail and logical approach to work
