An International Marketing agency based in West London are looking for a Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team for maternity cover. This multi award winning organisation have established themselves to be market leaders and have international presence in New York City, Paris & Berlin. This job is a great opportunity for you to expand your Accounts Receivable experience whilst working for a fantastic company.

Your new role
Your new job will include; Implementing and monitoring the best practice policies/procedures within the AR function, responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all customer invoices, ensure that all customer-related enquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally. You will also be performing the quarterly Accounts Receivable testing, ensuring all invoices are approved in line with company policy, approving job set-ups & bank reconciliation of our 3 bank accounts

What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you must have previous Accounts Receivable experience with a great understanding of Microsoft Excel (V-lookups & Pivot tables). It would be desirable if you have system knowledge of Maconomy and furthermore you must have a can do attitude and be able to deliver your passion for accounts.
