Randstad Education is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our successful supply team and work in a Secondary school.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
The days are flexible and can be adapted for the right candidate.
The Role:
– This is a Teaching Assistant role, which will commence ASAP.
– The desired Teaching Assistant will be supporting secondary aged students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
The school:
– This is a high achieving school for students aged 11-19.
– The local community is highly supportive of the school and parental involvement is very positive.
Requirements:
– Experience of working as a Teaching Assistant in a school environment.
– Experienced in working with smaller nurture groups to boost attainment.
– A genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.
