This Business Development Executive is for us, an innovative Recruitment Company. We offer an original recruitment service using Job Boards and Social Media channels. We have recently moved to bigger premises in our pursuit to be the best online based recruitment company in the UK. Due to the move we need talented sales people to join our growing team.
The role will predominately be based on the phone, handling and closing enquiries and also generating new leads from businesses that have a need for recruitment services. As you build relationships with clients you will have the opportunity to go out and make visits to secure further business.
We regularly attend exhibitions and have a desire to be the preferred recruitment company for both national companies and local companies. In 2014 we were voted ‘The Trusted Supplier of the Year’, our aim for 2015 is to repeat that and gain similar accolades on a local and national basis. To achieve these goals we need a BDE who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty making cold calls, warm calls and attending various events where your charisma will make the difference.

Specific Responsibilities for this key position include:
- Outbound calls to previous enquirers, prospects and clients
- Following up Marketing Emails and Direct Mail campaigns
- Keeping a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system up to date
- Networking at local and national events
- Visiting key clients to promote the business
- Be positive, upbeat, friendly and come to work every day with a “Can Do” attitude!
