ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR, BASILDON – £21,000 + BENEFITS
My client is a leading process company and they are looking for an accounts administrator join their team in Basildon, Essex.
Reporting to the finance director and the accounts assistant you’ll be responsible for assisting with the day to day financial activities.
This will include such tasks as:
Logging purchase ledger invoices on to the accounting system
Processing purchase orders
Setting up and maintaining filing systems
Processing purchase orders and reconciling invoices
Liaising with the management team including payroll to administer monthly wages
Carrying out any other relevant related tasks
To be considered for this position you’ll need to have previous experience of working within a similar role whereby you’ve been producing monthly accounts and have an excellent understanding of Excel and Sage coupled with good literacy and numeracy skills. You’ll also require a full, current UK driving license and have a flexible approach to work as travel to other company locations will be required.
Although not essential, an AAT qualification would be highly advantageous.
