Mercury London Ltd (MLL) is part of Mercury Group of Companies (MGC) – a multinational organisation that is involved in the import/export of various products and services between Europe and Asia. The Account Manager of MLL is responsible for marketing products and services of key partners of Mercury Group’s Russian and Ukrainian energy and textile sectors. The Account Manager will have a good understanding of the Russian and Ukrainian energy markets and have an understanding of the capabilities of each of the companies that Mercury Group represents and their ability to meet the needs of target clients. Fluency in Russian is compulsory; knowledge of industry specific terminology is preferable.
Job description
The Account Manager is part of a selling function and their work contributes to the objective of winning large profitable, multi-year, multi-service solutions. The purpose of this role is to:
¨ Determine key clients that will be able to profit from the products/services of MGC’s energy partners and provide them with customised solutions
¨ Manage the preparation of reports on the pipeline of activities and help identify any operational issues affecting the delivery of new projects.
¨ Ensure the planning, development and production of winning bids, tenders and proposals
¨ Manage virtual teams between Mercury London Ltd. and other Mercury companies to develop and deliver winning proposals.
¨ Report to Director at Mercury London Ltd.
Skills, qualifications and experience required
¨ Educated to Master’s degree level in a textile related subject
¨ Fluent in Russian & English
¨ Excellent communication skills
¨ Understanding of energy & textile sectors
