One of our clients is looking to recruit an Administrator to work in their office in Fulham.

This is an fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to further develop their skills; our client is unique in that they deal with many diverse areas of employment and over the last few years has made huge developments for its staff.

Key responsibilities for the Administrator:

  • Administer the centralised sports course booking system.
  • Process payments and refunds.
  • Administer the Sports Department’s website input, including input into Sports DotMailer emails.
  • Provide other committee support where required
  • Co-ordinate the central booking system for all sports courses and holiday activities
  • Record all booking forms on a central spreadsheet and keep records up-to-date.
  • Maintain and develop existing computerised records to provide accurate payment records for all bookings processed through the Sports Administration Department.

To be successful in the role of Administrator you may have previously worked in an office environment and experience in an administration role. You may have proven experience of working in a fast paced environment and you must have good knowledge of MS Office.
