We are currently supporting an international branded support services business with recruitment for a senior administrator/ accounts support Associate. You will be based in the central London offices of this key employer.
Overview:
role is designed to assist in the project management of client teams and their
activities on in order to enhance and add value to the service
delivery of engagements. This role is fundamental to the support of the
engagement team.
Responsibilities
Day to day management of internal client teams, their activities and service
delivery.
Reduce the amount of time and costs that technical staff spend on non
technical activities, demonstrated engagement efficiencies.
Enhance communication and client service by acting as a central point of
contact for all activities.
Identify, disseminate and communicate the appropriate knowledge to all
stakeholders.
Ensure appropriate communication medium is agreed and implemented.
Introduce and drive new initiatives throughout, ensuring compliance and
greater efficiency.
Challenge the way the team works to ensure that the appropriate resource is
used for the engagement teams. Including ongoing management and review.
Assist with budget setting analyse / challenge work in progress, summarise
costs against budget and highlight overruns.
Supervise and monitor the work maintaining overall responsibility for task
completion.
Prepare supporting analysis for fee billings and assist with monitoring of
credit collection.
Prepare and distribute material for meetings, facilitate discussion,
distribute minutes and follow up on action.
Successful Candidate:
Preferred experience in a professional services environment Project management
Ability to, plan, manage and prioritise work and complete projects
Ability to supervise offshore teams
Strong numerical, analytical and attention to detail skills
