Accounts Assistant
A truly exciting opportunity has a risen for a bright and motivated Accounts Assistant to join a highly successful and well established business based in in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in and Accounts Administrator, Accounts Assistant or Finance Assistant role and will also have worked with Excel and Sage previously.
Key responsibilities will include:
Purchase Ledger; posting supplier invoices, processing and payment of supplier invoices, dealing with supplier queries
Sales Ledger; using Excel to format sales data, posting invoices, posting customer receipts and logging and banking cheques
Preparing weekly cash flow report
Reconciliation of bank account
Prepare and post month end sales analysis and summary
Adhoc administration duties to support the Finance Manager
To be suitable for this Accounts Assistant role you will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and will be logical and methodical in your approach. You will have a good working knowledge of Excel and will be confident using accounting software packages such as Sage or Quickbooks.
The basic salary on offer for this role is £28,800 plus benefits.
