Job Description:
Work as a team player, by supporting the Director, Project Manager and Customer Care Manager based at Felsted, the Sales Manager based at St Albans, working alongside the Marketing/Purchasing Assistant, and managing the office and showroom administration.
Act as first point of contact for, and liaise with clients, both on the telephone and in the showroom.
Work with the Director and Sales Manager to produce and send out estimates, sales orders and invoices.
Handle all general administration, open post, order stationery, manage diaries and holidays, maintain office systems and procedures, and keep Felsted showroom tidy and customer-ready.
Requirements:
Ideal candidate would have previous admin/secretarial experience, be well presented and have a good level of written and verbal communication, good knowledge of Apple Mac, Microsoft Word and Excel. An understanding and liking of design and interior design would be preferable but not essential.
Be able to travel to/from the Felsted Showroom.
Hours required: 40 per week (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)
