Job Description
Adecco
You will be tasked with supporting Head Office functions and assisting the management team with the following:
– Using Microsoft Office applications especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
– Data entry into bespoke data management systems.
– To work effectively as part of a wider administration team.
– Maintain the confidentiality of the people who make use of our services.
– Maintain the company’s filing and archiving systems.
– Handling telephone enquiries effectively and professionally.
– Be responsible for collecting and collating operational information.
– Liaise with external providers to book and pay for necessary goods and services.
– Provide guidance and assistance to customers in relation to your administrative duties
Key Requirements:
– Previous office experience
– GCSE Maths and English Grade C or equivalent
– Experience of using Microsoft Office in a working environment
