Due to expansion we are searching for an experienced I.T Support Technician, who will have a 50/50 spilt between office and Field based work. The role requires experience in a windows server client based network. Applicants should have a recent Microsoft Qualification, help desk experience and their own transportation. Key Responsibilities

  • To make regular visits to customers on-site and ensure effective account management.
  • To help us implement the latest technologies from Microsoft, Cisco, Dell and other leading vendors.
  • To actively respond to all in bound issues and enquiries in a quick and efficient manner.
  • To ensure clear communication at all times with customers to ensure the progress of all issues is delivered.
  • To proactively take accountability for all issues until completion.
  • To log all actions/updates through the Citrix database.
  • To resolve all issues within the company expectations.
  • To build and develop the knowledge base for all customers within the Citrix system.
  • To actively maintain all customers asset registers within the Citrix database.
  • To identify potential revenue and highlight them to the management team.
  • To carry out daily customer system checks where necessary.
  • To update customers configuration files where necessary.
  • To carry out in-house system testing.
  • To be responsible for in-house system back-ups.
  • To offer advice and support on all third party software solutions where possible.
  • To ensure excellent customer service is delivered to all customers in line with the company’s expectations.
  • To act as an ambassador for the Everything Tech brand whenever possible.

The candidate should have

  • Experience of IT hardware and software.
  • At least one Microsoft Qualification (MCP/MCSE/MCSA).
  • A desired knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, LAN and WAN.
  • A desired knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • A good knowledge of Widows 7, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008. Windows Server 2012, Mail Server and Microsoft Office suites.
