Exciting recruitment administration opportunity to join our leading retail / hospitality recruitment agency. This role is based in our head office in central Manchester and is ideally situated 5 minutes from Piccadilly train station.

We are currently expanding as a business and are therefore looking to add to our current business support team. The role would suit someone with previous experience of administration within a recruitment environment or an individual of graduate calibre with administration experience looking to further a career within recruitment.

Job Role – Administrator – Leading Recruitment Agency:

The role will involve a combination of both administration and resourcing duties. Your key responsibilities will include:

Administration:

  • Assisting in the day-to-day activities of the administration team, including ensuring all calls into the business are answered appropriately and transferred accordingly.
  • Receiving client enquiries and being the first contact
  • Daily processing of the Admin areas of the database – ensuring candidate records are formatted correctly, that new candidates are registered and any candidate email enquiries are responded to swiftly.
  • Posting new vacancies onto numerous job boards – ensuring accuracy and an understanding of each job board to garner the best possible response from each advert.
  • Any other general supportive / administrative duties that may be required by the business.

Resourcing:

  • Supporting the consultant team through CV searching – both online and on the internal recruitment database – referring across relevant candidates accordingly.
  • Distributing and responding to online advert responses in the most time effective manner possible.
  • Reviewing any online registrations via the Detail 2 Group website, filtering out stronger candidates and ensuring these are referred across to the relevant consultant for any prospective opportunities.
  • Reviewing all online advertising – ensuring that all adverts adhere to legal standards and are placed on the most effective job boards for maximum coverage.
  • Wording these adverts to comply with relevant legislation and popular keyword searches made by candidates visiting these job boards in order to ensure adverts placed by Detail 2 Group are at the forefront of these searches.
