My client is rapidly expanding IT Support Services Company that provide organisations with enterprise level IT and consultancy solutions. They are looking for a candidate to join their dynamic team and provide 1st line support to their Clients. Ideally, the 1st Line Support Engineer should have experience within a support environment and a high level of customer care.
Key skills:
- 1st Line Engineer / 1st Line Service Desk Engineer will have a good working knowledge ofMicrosoft Exchange
- Exposure to Virtual technologies
- Understanding of Citrix / Terminal Servers
- Experience of MS Office
What I’m looking for:
- High level of customer care
- 1st Line Support Engineer / 1st Line Help Desk Engineer will have excellent communication skills
- Clear writing skills
- Microsoft accreditations would be advantageous
The successful 1st Line Support Engineer / 1st Line Help Desk Engineer will have a starting salary of up to £17,000 – £22,000 along with Excellent Benefits and Internal Career Progression based in Croydon, Surrey.
