Aat Finance Assistant in International Business

My client, a global enterprise is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their business that. They are keen to help mentor, develop and progress the new team member. Since the company was established it has been growing organically and now operates on a global scale with presences in Europe and Asia.

Working in a small team, reporting to the Finance Manager this is a unique opportunity to come into a hands on position and get a lot of exposure within finance. The business is looking for an ambitious Graduate who has a hunger to progress and succeed within a growing business.

Duties include:

• Managing payroll for contractors
• Processing invoices
• Deal with petty cash
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Complete bank reconciliations
• Chasing debt
• Ad hoc tasks for the Finance Manager

Skills:

• 6 months’ experience within a Finance position
• AAT level 2 minimum
• Problem solving mentality, able to use Excel
• Keen interest in finance and wants to progress
• Strong communicator and strong attention to detail
• Strong numerical skills
