In other words, you want to lead and inspire your own South West team, running a Multi- site, 24 hour a day business, with all the levers to pull: sales, customer services, strategy, training, recruitment, and budgeting, operational management, account management all come under your control. And that’s just the beginning!

Our client is one of the leading UK’s developer and manager of specialised accommodation with over 20 years of experience. With over 40,000 rooms across 23 cities and they are still expanding, with the aim to deliver the best accommodation experience, with passion and pride. And like you, they are ambitious and with your commercial expertise and retail or hospitality knowledge we aim to attract thousands of new customers over the coming years.

In this exciting role you’ll be a key member of our leadership team, shaping and delivering our city business strategy. You will be responsible for the growth and well-being of the business, with P&L responsibility. You’ll work closely with large organisations and City communities to develop and nurture strong relationships. With your natural intuitive ability to understand people and their behaviours you’ll harness potential to drive consistent business excellence and hit sales targets.

Ambitious, energetic with unstoppable customer-focus, you’ll already have proved you can lead and nurture a multi-site team, work in productive partnerships and deliver services both within budget and to the highest standards. And whilst your background could be retail, hospitality, business/consumer services or logistics, you must have proven multi-site experience.
