Our client is looking for a highly organised Administrator to join their successful estate agency branch. The Administrator will have to work within a very fast paced environment supporting salespeople by carrying out the duties below. The role will best suit a strong personality who works well under pressure and can manage the expectations of the salespeople accordingly.
Administrator Duties:

Filing all branch records accurately

Writing property descriptions and uploading information to portals

Ensuring all transactions are appropriately corresponded with clients

Collating and managing all advertising campaigns

Adhering to strict compliance
-
Ordering all stationary and consumables
The ideal Administrator candidate must have strong organisational skills and have an excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications. They must also be articulate and have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as being able to work in a customer facing environment.
The successful Administrator will be rewarded with an excellent salary with an expanding company who can offer career development and progression. There is also the opportunity for a strong candidate to earn additional salary through commission.
