The Company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join an expanding company based near Towcester. This full time, permanent position will suit someone who is methodical, precise and has fast data entry skills with attention to detail.
The Role
The candidate will become involved with a variety of tasks but primary responsibilities will be:
o Tracking consignment stock
o Raising sales Invoices
o Processing stock movements
o Reconciling stock sheets
o Processing purchase invoices
o Liaising with packhouses, suppliers and hauliers
o Filing
o Some elements of credit control
The Candidate
The ideal candidate must be computer literate, with good excel skills, have excellent communication skills, the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines as well as possessing an outgoing and willing personality. Full training will be given to the successful candidate.
