Job Description

Entre-Prises, an ever expanding and dynamic company, design and manufacture climbing walls, caves, ice walls and other adventure facilities. Projects take place all over the UK and increasingly around Europe and the rest of the world.
Reporting to the Accounts manager your duties will include but not be limited to:

Generating Project invoices.
- Handling petty cash and employee expense requests

Processing daily/weekly timesheets and clockcards.

Assisting with Stock queries.

Credit Control
The ideal candidate will have
- Previous experience in a busy office environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Understanding of computerised accounts package. e.g Sage
Hours of work will be 8.30am-4.30pm Mon-Fri.
Holiday entitlement is 25 days per year plus public holidays.
Salary is dependant on experience
