**Excellent development opportunity for a suitably qualified 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer to join a successful London IT services provider**

Our clients range from Financial Services (Trading, Hedge Funds, Wealth Management) in the City to Design/PR/Advertising in the West End.

You’ll be a vital part of our dynamic technical team so we are looking for a self-starter with loyalty, drive and ambition and will reward that with a salary of £32,400 – £36,000 doe with an additional bonus structure. As a growing company we believe that we can offer many opportunities for personal development.

2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer Required Technical Skills Include:

> Microsoft Server 2003 -2012
> Microsoft Exchange Server
> Apple / Mac OSX Server experience
> Active Directory
> Cisco experience
> Firewalls: Cisco, Juniper
> Basic Java scripting

Qualifications:

> Technical Degree in Computing or equivalent
> Microsoft to MCSE, MCP level
> Cisco CCNA desirable

You will also need be a clear communicator and must be able to show previous experience building and maintaining relationships with a variety of SME professional clients from an account management and technical perspective.
