Job Role
My client requires an IT Support worker to help assist in a major project of Office Move/Relocation, while providing 2nd Line desktop support – for an Immediate start!
Skills
The ideal candidate will have a good 2nd Line background and has previously worked on Office relocation roles. You will be required to provide initial troubleshooting, setting up users, configuring printers, asset tags, setting up ports/desktops to the network, cabling, tidying work stations and testing PC’s. You will need experience using; Windows 7, Active Directory, Exchange/Outlook, troubleshooting network connections and MS Office.
