AJ Chambers are recruiting for an Account Handler for a London Market Brokers based near Lloyds.
This is a great opportunity to join a charted insurance brokers with London Market exposure and be fully supported to complete your studies of Cert CII and Diploma.
They are looking for someone with a minimum of 18 months experience to join their growing Commercial Insurance team.
Ideally you will have a Commercial or Construction background but other classes are welcome.
Job Outline

Provide prompt, efficient and professional service to clients, insurers and colleagues

Deal with Mid-Term Adjustments and Renewals

Build knowledge and relationships with preferred insurers

Comply with FCA regulatory, compliance and market standards

Effectively communicate in writing, reports, e-mails and on the telephone

Apply knowledge of technical insurance to provide appropriate advice to clients

Process Mid-Term Adjustments, Renewals, Debiting in a timely fashion

Review policy cover at renewal in conjunction with Account Executive and arrange marketing or insurer negotiation as necessary

Manage own workload within Renewal protocol deadlines.
Salary is dependent on experience.
