Location: Timperley
Hours: Rota of one early 8am – 4pm, one late 11am-7pm and 9am – 5pm no weekends
Salary: £28,800
Recruitment North West is currently recruiting for a new team of 3 Account Managers to join our client’s organisation based in Timperley. Our client offers debt advice for people with debt problems across the UK.
Role:
- Being the first point of contact for the client, conducting welcome and courtesy calls and gradually building a rapport with your client.
- Annual Reporting IVA – reviewing updated income and expenditure details, calculating additional monies due, assessing affordability and accurately drafting the statutory report within the allocated time frame.
- Completing the IVA – conducting a full assessment, ensuring all assets are realised, ensure fees are drawn accordingly, drafting and circulating the necessary reports.
- Creditor correspondence – updating details from creditor letters and as and when required, responding to creditor letters.
- Liaising with clients, and creditors on a daily basis – and dealing with any variation requirements, default or termination proceedings.
- Other administrative duties as and when required.
- Variations – completing a thorough review, drafting the variation report, convening and holding the creditors meeting and liaising with the client throughout.
- Other asset realisations – to review any asset realisation expected in an IVA.
- Terminating cases – to conduct a thorough review of the circumstances, looking out for opportunities of retaining the cases. Ensure all assets dealt with including PPI mis selling claims. Issue bankruptcy proceeding where necessary and draft/circulate statutory reports to creditors.
- Payment breaks (more than 1 month) – required to complete a full review and the necessary arrangement put in place, i.e Variation, IP consent depending on the circumstances and IVA terms.
- Breach cases and defaults – to review the circumstances of the breach, attempting to retain the case where possible, convening a default/variation meeting and/or proceeding with termination or any other legal action.
- Checking and agreeing creditor claims when necessary and ensuring the case is issuing dividend payments when ready.
What they are looking for:
DM experience not necessary but would be beneficial experience in customer service is essential. The right candidate will be fully trained and will be expected to gain a further qualification – BTEC Certificate in Debt Resolution after successfully passing probation.
