The Company:

We are working with an established insurance broker in the Leicester area who are looking for an Account Broker to join their Employee Benefits team.

They are a company that offer a close-knit and supportive working environment, as well as professional and personal development opportunities.

The Role:

To maintain and develop appropriate relationships with existing and prospective clients and insurers, to provide clients with professional service in line with company service levels appropriate to the type of risks involved.

To manage the delivery of the renewal, new business and mid-term amendment processes so that all necessary time scales are met including placing of cover, and other administrative duties.

To provide a high standard of broker support service to the client.

The Required Skills:

Strong understanding of insurance business practices, the key providers and the product classes of business.

Minimum of Cert CII or above

Strong Communication, Problem solving and Negotiating skills

Strong Client Management and Rapport Building skills
