Account Manager

My client is looking to recruit an account manager to manage a specified client base through proactive and regular contact, ensuring that customers have access to the full range of service and products portfolio and in doing so make a positive contribution to business plans and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• To meet and exceed customer growth and retention targets as set by the management team
• To accurately forecast allocated customer growth, retention, disconnection/churn
• To manage allocated customer base in a way which increase customer spend & cross product sales
• To ensure that the client base is fully aware of all of services and products and identify and promote those relevant to them
• To ensure that Customer Service and SLAs as set by the business are met
• Ensure order process is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• To record all activities on the companies CRM software and other associated tools and keep accurate and timely client records
• To proactively seek out new business leads and opportunities to promote services

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are imperative, along with a resilient and persistent approach to engaging customers. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential in order to strive within a high pressured, fast paced environment. Strong customer service skills are key.

In return you will be provided with a basic salary of between £24-30k with on target earnings of £42-40k.
