They are looking for a motivated Applications Support Consultant – a confident, articulate candidate with experience of commercial application software support supporting clients with document management, accounting software, CRM, ERP, Education, Dealer Management, Property, Finance, or any other application software. They are a highly professional company who sell, implement and support their own integrated business software which is easy to use, provides value for money and works seamlessly in real time.

Candidates should have the drive and determination to succeed, a thirst for learning and excellent rapport with customers. You should be able to answer support queries calmly and intelligently by phone and email, update client information via call logging software and escalate problems to your team leader.
