Our client, a leading digital agency are recruiting an Account Manager to join their team. This is a client facing position where you will be delivering account management support to nominated clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive candidate with experience in the digital sector, specifically in web design with experience of managing a project from start to finish with outstanding client liaison skills to join this renowned company in North Leeds.

Your duties will include:

* Building and maintaining positive client relationships; ensuring clients understand the full spectrum of services provided by the agency

* You will be fully aware of clients requirements in relation to web site design, understanding their business and making appropriate recommendations

* You will be responsible for the project management of new work through the agency. This will involve you running workshops, organising client briefings, scheduling work through the agency, managing specifications and ensuring all deadlines on the project plan are met

* You will consistently generate account growth from existing clients

* Consistently achieving monthly individual and team production targets by managing client work smoothly and efficiently

* You will update the internal quotation system in a timely fashion on a weekly basis

* Mentoring and supporting account executives, ensuring they are fully and adequately briefed on client projects and are managing client requests effectively

* You will research new digital media campaigns, market trends and new business

* You will assist in the company’s marketing and account handling programmes by supporting its attendance at client sites, exhibitions, presentations and events

The successful candidate will have experience of managing web development projects and of creating design briefs for website builds. You will have strong commercial awareness and client liaison skills and possess the following skills and experience:

* Experience of agile management is desirable but not essential

* Experience creating project plans for large web projects

* Strong customer service and commercial awareness

* Experience in the digital sector with a good understanding of the application of digital technology and creative and digital marketing solutions in the business environment

* Project management experience

* Proven experience of meeting financial targets

* Outstanding client liaison and communication skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
