We are looking for an ‘All-Round’ Admin support person to join our busy client based in Wembley.
The successful applicant will cover a number of different admin support duties, including the following:
- To ensure that all meeting rooms including management office and vacant offices are tidy, safe and welcoming to all clientele/visitors.
- To manage outgoing post, ensuring that it is properly franked and ready for collection daily and route incoming mail to relevant clientele.
- To provide cover for the reception as required.
- To carry out administrative and clerical duties as required including filing, archiving, photocopying, collating, laminating, faxing, preparation with mailings, word processing of letters, data entry and preparation of reports and other information.
This is a fantastic Admin post based with an Award winning support service company.

Start date: July/ Aug 2014
Salary: £17 000
