Accounts Trainee Study

A widely-recognised hospitality business is currently seeking an Accounts Trainee who is enthusiastic and has a keen interest in a long-term career in finance.

The company are part of a larger chain of hotels & restaurants and operate a strong function here in the North West. They can offer the successful candidate with excellent career prospects and a real involvement into the daily accounts.

The company is looking to provide you with full financial study support towards the AAT with the further opportunities to pursue your ACCA/CIMA qualification.

In your role, you will enjoy looking after the Ledgers, carrying out reconciliations and liaising with clients and suppliers on a regular basis to create long-lasting relationships.

To summarise, you will be provided with following training on:
Running and maintaining the Purchase and Sales Ledgers
Bank Reconciliations
Managing the company Petty Cash
Dealing with and resolving invoice queries
Utilising Sage Line 50 and Excel on a daily basis

In order to be considered, you should display the following:
Previous experience in an accounts/admin role
Began studying/looking to study towards your AAT qualification
Willingness to learn new systems and develop your skills
Excellent IT and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
