About the role

As Account Director you will be responsible for driving revenue success in the Contact Centre and Customer experience sector. This is an amazing opportunity to join a team that is experiencing excellent growth in a sector with lots of opportunities. What you will do:

  • Identify new business opportunities for selling contact centre and customer experience solutions
  • Working closely with strategic partners, marketing and telemarketing to drive sales growth
  • Manage existing and new stakeholder relationships to build support, secure sponsorship and ensure alignment for desired outcomes
  • Develop comprehensive, successful go to market strategies
  • Utilise your understanding and experience of Cloud, SAS and CCaaS solutions to sales generate revenue

Your experience will include:

  • Exceptional, proven solutions sales professional in Contact Centre and Customer Experience Solutions environment
  • Extensive new business experience, strong ability to create sales opportunities within the Contact Centre and Customer Experience environment
  • Excellent experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships to build support, secure sponsorship and ensure alignment for desired outcomes
  • Strong understanding of contact centre solutions and the application of technology to drive efficiency and tangible business benefits
  • Good experience of the following vendor solutions would be advantageous, Avaya, Verint, Cisco, Interactive Intelligence, Aspect, Contact Centre Applications, Dialler and IVR
  • Robust understanding of sales cycles and the ability to engage and influence at all levels within a client’s organisation
