Based centrally in London Bridge, they are a completely privately owned business focusing on both permanent and contract recruitment across some 30 countries. Our Client is currently hiring8 Trainee Recruitment Consultants for their training academy. Successful candidates will be put through their training programme, consisting of classroom based, on the job and practical training sessions with their team of in house training consultants – one of, if not the best recruitment training scheme in London.

The Role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

Recruitment is heavily sales focused and involves a high volume of daily cold calling to new and existing European clients. You will be responsible for building and retaining your own client and candidate base. We expect our consultants to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from bringing onboard new clients with hiring requirements to sourcing candidates and overseeing the interview process.

Responsibilities For a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

*New business generation
*Headhunting candidates with niche skill sets
*Meet sales/gross profit targets
*Identify and follow up business leads
*Write and place advertisements

Candidate Requirements for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

*Graduate calibre (Ideally with commercial B2B sales experience although not essential)
*Target driven and money motivated
*Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic with clear communication style
*Recruitment is not a 9-5 so the ability to work long hours is a necessity
*Be ambitious and hungry for career progression

The rewards:

*Excellent earning potential with one of the best commission structures

*Basica salary: £24,000

*1st year OTE 40k+ / 2nd year – 60-80k+
*Yearly team and individual holiday targets, previously we have taken consultants to Las Vegas, Miami and Morocco
