Job Title: 7.5 Tonne Recovery Driver

Location: Rugby

Salary: £26,000 per year PAYE,

(Salary of £18K Per Year based on 48 Hour Week when Perm)

Shifts: Varied Starts- 04:00 Onwards- Mon-Fri. Av 9-11 Hour Days

The Job:
Encore Driving are looking for drivers to join the busy and growing team of recovery drivers based in Rugby. The vehicles are 7.5 tonne flatbed trucks. In this role drivers are required to make collections of often badly damaged vehicles from residential and business premises accross the country. This will be done via the use of the whinching system on the vehicle and then also effective strapping down to ensure health and safety is paramount at all times. Drivers can benefit from being part of a great team in Rugby and be part of a fast growing business. Start times are usually early in order to ensure vehicles are collected at the correct times. Immediate trials and starts are available.

The candidate:
You will be flexible and able to remain calm under pressure. The ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills and an attention to detail is essential. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience for insurance purposes and must have no more than 6 points for minor offences. You will have full drivers CPC training. You will have a good working knowledge of drivers legislation and an understanding of RT(WT)R
