Account Manager – Charity Clients

My client are leaders in payment processing for the NFP sector, they have a long-standing reputation for providing innovative solutions which drive revenue and reduce costs for an enviable list of tier one clients; they work with more than half of the UK’s largest NFP organisations.

They are looking for a Senior Account Manager who has the ability and gravitas to lead partnerships with clients; you will probably manage three or four brands. So, while my client can teach you about what they do, it is your personality and commitment to the charity sector that will make the difference.

Key responsibilities

•Act as the primary point of contact for clients
•Definition and delivery of core client requirements
•Compilation and submission of activity forecasts
•Championing the Voice of the Client
•Creation of account plans and achievement of revenue growth targets

Ideal Candidate Profile

•Proven ability to deliver contract growth through the fostering of great client relationships
•Minimum 3 years experience within a marketing agency environment charity sector
•Track record of working within an IT-enabled operational environment
•Excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to handle ambiguity
•Excellent written and verbal communication, both internal and client-facing
•Accustomed to accepting responsibility and accountability

Account Manager – £31,200 – £39,600 – Wiltshire

Due to the location of the office, it is essential that you drive and have your own transport as this agency is a little bit off the beaten track.
