This is a high profile role for an experienced, driven and self-motivated Account Manager with demonstrable experience within the Customer Experience/Loyalty/ Market Research industry.
Joining an American giant within their young UK division, you will be the sole UK Account Manager for their most prestigious client win to date. International experience is essential within this role as you will be running a global account in over 60 countries.
My client drive customer loyalty for the world’s leading retailers, they provide actionable insights on customer satisfaction and employee engagement data that drive business performance. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a combination of analytical, consultative and managerial skills along with experience of retail/hospitality/FMCG sectors.
You will successfully manage all aspects the project, own all elements of the research programme from initial set up through to delivery of results. Understand and present the findings in an interesting and intelligent manner whilst ensuring quality, managing timelines and monitoring the Financials of each project.
Key requirements:
– A University degree or equivalent
– Excellent time management skills
– Proactive approach to work with a desire to take ownership of tasks
– Work well independently as well as within a team, and helps to facilitate cross-team collaboration. Due to the global nature of the team self-motivation and organisation are critical
– Proficient user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
– Knowledge of research methodologies including Online, text and IVR
– Familiarity with retail/restaurant/hotel/pub sector
