Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is looking for that next step in their career within an exciting and fast moving setting. You will be responsible for overseeing daily affiliate management and driving new initiatives in order to grow and enhance the affiliate programme, and optimise ROI.

Key Responsibilities;

• To drive significant growth in UK and global affiliate programme
• Daily reporting and analysis of affiliate traffic, sales, margins, commissions and costs
• Identification of key affiliate partners and sales potential
• Proactively manage portfolio of affiliates
• Sales planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
• Negotiation of affiliate contracts
• Competitive monitoring and reporting
• Coordination with other marketing channels, brand development, customer segmentation, SEO activities
• Management of Affiliate Executive

Objectives:

• Achieve affiliate margin contribution targets
• Increase ROI on affiliate activities
• Grow UK and roll out global programme to company targets and plans

You will need the following:

• Experienced Affiliate Manager with at least 2 years experience managing affiliate accounts
• Commercially astute with strong analytical skills
• Ambitious with a desire to succeed and grow in a fast moving environment and company
