Hollyfield Personnel are in search of 12 professional and experienced Customer Service Advisors to join their fantastic Client’s team based in Burton.

Duties Include;

  • Handling incoming calls and queries
  • Responding to emails
  • Processing customer orders from start to finish
  • Adhering to company procedures
  • Identifying areas for improving services
  • Problem solving and offering immediate solutions
  • Making outbound calls to support projects
  • Building solid relationships

Ideal Candidate;

  • Confident and intelligent problem solving skills
  • Telephone based experience
  • Ability to build rapport

Working Hours; Monday to Friday

£26,000 per year
