Hollyfield Personnel are in search of 12 professional and experienced Customer Service Advisors to join their fantastic Client’s team based in Burton.

Duties Include;
- Handling incoming calls and queries
- Responding to emails
- Processing customer orders from start to finish
- Adhering to company procedures
- Identifying areas for improving services
- Problem solving and offering immediate solutions
- Making outbound calls to support projects
- Building solid relationships
Ideal Candidate;
- Confident and intelligent problem solving skills
- Telephone based experience
- Ability to build rapport
Working Hours; Monday to Friday
£26,000 per year
