An excellent opportunity has become available for an Accounts Assistant to join a market leading business. The reason for the role is due to the accounts team growing.
About you
My client is looking for an expierenced Accounts Assistant, this role is currently part time – 20 hours a week Monday to Friday, structure of those hours to be agreed, but as the business develops it is likely to increase.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director you will initially be responsible for the contract administration and assisting with other areas of the accounts as required.
- Must be willing to work in all areas of the Finance department
- High level of attention to detail
- Very good written and spoken English
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Polite, helpful and friendly telephone manner
About the role
- Administration, ensuring accurate records are kept with all support documentation completed
- Assisting with queries on the Sales Ledger
- Liaise with clients and suppliers as necessary
- Assisting with inputting of invoices, both Sales and Purchase
- General administration within the Finance department – filing, document management
Sage 50 expierence is a must for this role and the client will only consider candidates with this.
The role comes with 21 days’ annual leave and subject to the successful completion of a 6
month probation period includes private health insurance.
